I called multiple places Sunday and they were the only ones that answered. They took my pit-bull in right away. Took about two hours. My dog came out smelling good and very well groomed. Highly recommend this place for fast and friendly service.

Idk if there was a miscommunication or what. I paid extra for them to file down my dogs nails to the quick instead of only clipping them and one of my dogs specifically has long nails still it looks like they were only clipped. He also has a spot on his back that appears to be shaved shorter than the rest (like it was an accident) and it’s ok because I just wanted him cleaned up! He doesn’t have to look perfect by any means. I’m only complaining because I paid $170 total not including tip for a full service bath on one and full service groom/hair trim on the other.. (I have small dogs btw) my regular groomers charge $50 per dog and that’s for a full service groom...read full review

The service is great and my dog loves it. My only issue is that they never pick up the phone. I've been trying to set an appointment for the past week and I've called multiple times a day while they're open but nobody ever picks up. I understand that they are busy but it's a little frustrating.
