Had a great experience with Universal Pain Management. They try to get me in as soon as possible and rarely am I waiting too long to see the doctor. I could tell that they were very busy today but the nurse Astrid was so welcoming and kind. The doctor was great too. I don’t hesitate to recommend my friends and family to come here.

This office has professional staff and doctors. I’ve been to other offices where they treat you like just a number but not here. They DO NOT pressure you to get unnecessary treatment or injections. There are other places that force you to do procedures but this is not the case at Universal. If you need pain management or want to change from what you already have, give them a try. They also have an awesome surgery center next door called Oasis which has wonderful staff too!

I have been going here for a number of years. It is a busy clinic but the staff do their best to help you. The front desk staff try to manage effectively, sometimes in very tough situations where other patients are yelling and being very rude and inconsiderate. The nurses and doctors are very kind and make you feel comfortable. I let everyone know to come here.
