I love this place! Highly recommend! My family and I went when we got in an accident for treatments and it brought us great relief. I also come here for physicals for work. It’s quick and affordable.
My daughter needed a school physical form completed ASAP and I called this location. The receptionist was exceptional with customer service, she informed me the form was ONLY $20 and my daughter and I were in and out in less than 20 min. The doctor was amazing very professional, efficient and knowledgeable with the school form. I highly recommend this place for school physical forms! Thank you Active Life!
Went in for a sports physical for my son ladies at the desk were nice and friendly everything was quick office was nice and clean the doctor was awesome great attitude definitely recommend if you need a physical
