BEWARE! I signed a contract that clearly stated, "The contractor proposes hereby to furnish material and labor..." But, then the contractor didn't pay the concrete supplier and they initiated the process to put a lien on my property. Rockhard did not respond to multiple attempts from both me and the concrete company to contact them. Make sure you check status of contractor license.Service: Slab foundation building

Be very cautious when hiring this company. They do not pay their suppliers. They owe us $3,630 for concrete. The poor home owner has to suffer from this company. We had to file a Mechanic's Lien.

Don't know what the deal is but, I got a guy to come out and measure out the job for a quote and never heard from them again.
