All these reviews are a bunch of karens that don't understand they can't be seen right away and that places have protocols. I went in for a TB test, drug screen, physical and blood work. The process was very easy and digital. The girls in the front were nice and they got me checked in. Once I got called back, everything went pretty fast. Before I knew it, I just needed my bloodwork done and then I would see the doctor. The girl that was working on me was extremely nice and knowledgeable in what she was doing. Fastest nurse on the planet. lol she was quick. Took height, weight, urine sample, blood work and ekg in under 10 minutes. The doctor was pretty awesome also. Ladies in the front were nice. Overall about 1 hour but it was my first time and I had to fill out a few forms. Not bad imo.

Customer service seems non existent these days. However, we went to Proactive Work Health Services and the Physical Reporter, I think her name is Monica, was very informative, sweet and friendly. We left very happy with the service.
