I was a little hesitant after reading some of the reviews, but my experience was completely different. While I understand that everyone’s experience can vary, ours was outstanding.

Ms. Celina, the Specialty Coordinator, went above and beyond to help my father-in-law by providing bilingual support in Spanish. She was kind, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. Her clear communication and genuine compassion made what could have been a stressful situation much easier for our family, and it gave my father-in-law the confidence of being able to communicate in his preferred language.

The wait time wasn’t too bad after I checked in it was about 15min which is understandable for a clinic. The staff that attended me was amazing and my mom that had came with me had questions and Celina helped translate and interpreted amazingly for her with one of the other MAs while I was in the room.

All these reviews are a bunch of karens that don't understand they can't be seen right away and that places have protocols. I went in for a TB test, drug screen, physical and blood work. The process was very easy and digital. The girls in the front were nice and they got me checked in. Once I got called back, everything went pretty fast. Before I knew it, I just needed my bloodwork done and then I would see the doctor. The girl that was working on me was extremely nice and knowledgeable in what she was doing.
