Dr office is completely unprofessional in how they run their office. Repeat visits that are not needed just so they can collect co-pays. They will withold needed medication just so you have to pay more for another office visit, even though the visit is not needed / required. Receptionist Kia and Nurse Cara are the most unprofessional people I have ever come in contact with. I would look elsewhere before coming to this office.

I don't understand the negative reviews, either. In the 10 years she's been my doctor she has never been anything but caring and professional. Even when I argue with her, she listens and we discuss the problem. Her staff are the best I've ever known always helpful and respectful, whether on the phone or in person. I followed her from another doctor's practice, like so many others and was so happy she got her own practice and brought Carole and Elizabeth with her.

I DON'T UNDERSTAND THESE NEGATIVE REVIEWS POSTED HERE. Dr Motlagh is the most professional, caring and skilled GP physician in the Antelope Valley PERIOD. The nurses and receptionist are equally professional and knowledgeable. My wife and I are in our eighties and have a lot of complex medical issues.Whenever we have an insurance or pharmacy problem, I just pick up the phone and talk to Elizabeth and it's INSTANTLY resolved (usually while I'm still on the phone). They deserve a 10-Star Rating !!!

She use to be a great doc until she started getting into her Gucci and Plastic Surgeries. Noticed the change, became smart mouth and just uncaring. You go to the doc for help not to be told "I don't know everything " .... Then find another job.... Your patients knows you don't know everything but that's not a respectful answer when someone is trying to figure out a health problem. She is all about $$$$, and she definitely displayed that after having a problem with doing things by the book according to the Insurance Company. But rather listen to her front office staff who thinks they can say crazy things, and not get a response in a truthful way. That's called weak and trying to be manipulative. Not here ....

I feel that have to review Dr Motlagh again for those who are looking for an excellent Primary care Dr. When I tell you she is THE best Dr I’ve ever had…… When I came to her, I was on several medications that provided the same benefit. She helped me with that. She reminded me of the importance of annual exams (Mammogram, blood work, and all the other physical requirements that should be checked annually) She provides excellent referrals if necessary and truly makes you feel a part of your own health care❤️ Thank you Dr Motlagh and staff. You guys are amazing❤️❤️❤️?

It's taking me a while to write this review as I really liked Dr. Motlagh at first. Unfortunately I will never be able to go back to her again as she negligibly misdiagnosed a miscarriage placing me in the most emotionally distraught place of my life. My husband and I had been trying for quite sometime to get pregnant. I went in for chronic UTIs around 6 weeks not wanting the infection to affect my baby. I was given antibiotics and sent to get an ultrasound and came back a week later for review. I left my husband in the waiting room not expecting what would come next. She briefly looked over the ultrasound and told me my pregnancy was not normal and I needed to consider d&c (7 weeks pregnant mind you). As I started to get emotional, her form of comfort was to tell me I did not want to be a mom anyways as it takes a lot of work and time. After sending me over to the lab for blood work, my husband and I spent the week mourning the loss of our unborn child and telling family the sad news that we were pregnant but we're more than likely losing the child (not the way I wanted to announce what should have been happy news). A week later, we get a call, not from her! But from her nurse practitioner saying they might have been wrong based on the blood work. Needless to say, they were 100% wrong as I now have a healthy and happy 3 month old baby that is the biggest blessing I could have asked for. I am honored to be his mom! All in all, I cannot recommend this doctor to anyone as her negligence could have led to the death of my beautiful son, and her bedside manner was atrocious in the midst of incredibly hard news to bear.

Front staff is always rude and lazy. They do nothing to make your life easier even when you are not feeling well. The doctor herself asked if she could access my records from quest yet her front staff is too lazy to get them for you, instead they want you to bring them in. Would not make a 45 minute trip just to drop off lab work when they should be set up to receive them electronically and no I don't have a fax. Elizabeth was so rude and had no concern for the fact that i was concerned about my results. A doctors office should be caring not rude and cold and just act like you are a burden. She was so burdened by me asking her to access my labwork from quest. Terrible staff. Plenty of other good doctors to choose from. Not the first time or second time I had a bad phone experience with them.
