Angelica was great, very knowledgeable, helpful and kind. She was patient and understanding, as well as took her time making sure any questions were answered. In our time of need she made us comfortable during the entire process. All the staff that we interacted with were very professional and kind.

I recently visited Dignity Memorial, and I definitely will recommend it to my friends and family for the overall wonderful experience we had there. In a difficult moment, they were understanding and allowed us to take our time; they overdelivered on how everything came together, from the process of the cremation to delivering the death certificate to our houses.
