After Spending a very cold night without our furnace system working I looked on line for someone in the area and I ran across IHA and I am glad I did. I called and James answered the phone in a very professional manner and was able to give me an appointment that same day. He was caught up on another job and called me to let me know he was running late but would be here right after that. When he came he was in his uniform and had the necessary tools in his bag to get the repair done. He ran some test and located the problem and was able to solve it and get our system running and gave us some tips on things to do to keep our system running at optimal performance. I had an issue with the Nest thermostat not receiving power out of the blue, so no Air or Heat. I followed the instructions on the Nest (error code E3) and still no luck. I called Integrity Heating and Air, Jimmy was able to come out the same day, diagnosed the issue and now we have a working FAU and Nest is back online. The issue by the way was the single pole switch was no longer functioning in the attic. I am one happy customer and will recommend Jimmy to anyone who needs Heating and Air service. As a general contractor, my expectations in hiring subcontractors is similar to that of any other customer: 1. Is the company honest? 2. Does the company do good work? 3. Fair price?James and Integrity Heating and A/C ticks all the boxes. I read the two negative Yelp reviews; neither critical review makes any sense. I thought it was Ground Hog Day when I read those two. As a general contractor, I have had my share of weird complaints by people having a bad day, wanting but not getting extra work for free, etc. One woman even contacted the Board.
