In a word, Laura! From researching and subscribing to great workout music, planning the exercises and exercising all the critical body parts as well as balance, breathing and rests, She puts her all four days a week into keeping us old geezers from devolving into starchy sofa vegetables.

This place is excellent. Cannot believe that this place was here I used to go to crunch fitness.But but nothing ever got fixed, nothing ever got repaired, it started getting dirty.Not enough weights, it was too crowded. Now that I'm in shape, this is the perfect spot.

I like the courteous, friendly and helpful staff, the wide variety of workout options including, the aqua fit classes, studio exercise classes as well as the the jacuzzi, sauna rooms and the wide variety of workout equipment.
