I am disappointed with the management within this facility. On two separate occasions, I arrived to what I believed were scheduled appointments only for the nail tech to be servicing someone else. The second time I met with the nail tech, Nina, I asked if she could schedule me for a specific date, but when I arrived on that date, she reported she had forgotten and couldn't attend to me as she was with someone else. I was advised to call for any future appointments, which I did. They took down my information and I thought I was good to go, but again, Nina was busy on this second date and the other nail techs had their own appointments so no one was available to service... read full review

They have since changed ownership and the work is subpar! Everything looks great when it's done but within a week at least 1 falls off...not breaks..just falls off! This go round 3 have fallen off in a week! I spend too much money to deal with that!

I went in March and my real nails are still messed up because he did such a horrible job on them. I'm wondering if they will ever go back to normal. So sad because I spent over $500 on mine and 4 daughters to get our nails done that night. This place is high NOT and I repeat NOT recommended. Chloe is nice but it's not worth it to have your nails messed up so badly and up. My acrylic was all lumpy and crooked.
