We love Go Pro, we love Frank. We have been using them for over 6 years now. Frank does excellent work. However, as of late, we have been having issues just getting someone to answer the phone. We leave messages and no one calls back. Is anyone else experiencing this?
Our sink has been acting up for a while and I finally caved to have a professional come out and fix our problem. (Us renting a snake just isn't cutting it.) I called Go Pro this morning and they got us scheduled for a 10 o'clock appointment. Frank showed up a few minutes early and was VERY professional and polite. He worked fast and efficiently and got the job done! He gave me all the information I needed about our problem and what to do to keep it from happening again. I would highly recommend this company to my friends and family.
