0/10 DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE!! My wife made an appointment for 11AM. We dropped 2 dogs off and were told to be back around 330PM. Around 1230 we got a call to be back around 430. We show up at 445 and the dogs still werent done. So we decided to finish shopping and we get a very nasty phone call at 555 saying we need to be there now to pick up the dogs since the store closes at 6. At this point they've had the dogs for 7 hours, they shaved one dog, washed the other and didnt even do the nails. We pick the dogs up and we try to get an explanation from Joanie(?) And she just tells us to leave. Not a way to treat your customers.
