Meet Allison, Dr. Lock first contact, wonderfully personable and also, quite refreshingly, she answers their phone when you call, not a recording or AI. Tom and Julian are both technical and engineers at problem solving, way more than what one may think about being a locksmith. They deserve thanks and kudos for being a team that communicates and gets things done with a can do attitude. They made a key for the screen door that has been missing for years and repaired a sticky front door that was difficult to open. Real doctors!

Locked my key in the car and was out of luck getting it out my myself. I had spare key fobs that needed shaving and reprograming and they where able to help me with everything quickly and efficiently. Definitely recommend them
