I called Die Hard looking for a service I could trust to work on two homes our family owns in the area. After speaking with the owner, I decided to give them a try and I’m very happy I did. Their technician, Mike, showed up at my daughter’s home, on time, to find my daughter had forgotten. Mike called her, and she was able to open the entry remotely. No problem for Mike. By the time she had returned, Mike had begun the work to recess a refrigerator water line valve and was off shopping for additional parts. We used Die Hard Plumbing for a sewer and home plumbing inspection and they were extremely thorough. They communicated with us in detail and were very professional. We needed the inspection done right away and they fit us in last minute. I highly recommend them!
Die Hard is our go-to for anything plumbing related. They have once again come thru with quick efficient service, their staff are all so friendly and knowledgeable, and their expertise clear every time we have them do work for us. Over the last year, they have replaced our water heater, responded to a broken hot water line on a holiday, installed a water monitor for the entire house, and today took care of some faucets and shower drips. I am happy to pay to take care of the issues of small drips because I know I can count on them to be honest and tell me if a situation is one to be dealt with before it gets worse or if things are a simple fix.
