I only wanted a regular mani-pedi. I very much liked that it's an appointment only salon. There were only 3 nail techs and as many customers. It was also a nice and tidy salon. Deducted one star from this review because they charge a fee to use a credit or debit card, which, though that seems to be the new normal, I don't appreciate it.

Designer Nails is the best nailshop in Palmdale. Great ? customer service, great quality, very friendly and chic atmosphere, and a very quiet ? and peaceful ✌️ place for some me time. Ivy is very talented and creative. She will do any design you ask of her, with no excuses not too. She puts her clients' needs first and books only by appointment, so no rushing or not getting exactly what you came for. Everyone there was very friendly. They are experts in nail design, eyelashes, waxing, pedicures and facials. I just Love Designer Nails! ❤️ ? ? ?

I found this place about a year ago, and I'm so glad I did. Tommy and Ivy are the sweetest people I've ever met, and I always feel so warm and welcomed when I go. I get my gel pedicure every two weeks, and what I appreciate about this place is that they're appointment only. They care more about quality, than quantity. I've never been in the salon with more than 3 customers at the same time, and that to me is amazing. It's not crowded with people, you're not forced to wait for whoever is available to take you, none of that. I get there and I'm seated as soon as I walk in, always right on time or ahead of my appointment time. And I'm always out with my fresh gel pedicure...read full review
