we made an appointment to get our ac serviced about a month ago, DAC was the 1st company that had an opening for us. Very professional company, everybody I spoke and dealt with was friendly, the technician showed up on time, nice, clean appearance and price was in line with other hvac companies I called. Well not too long after my ac was serviced we had a power outage and I came home to a hot house. I called DAC in a panic, I paid a lot of money for my Lennox AC from another company and I thought since they had just serviced it they might be able to come out and look at it. I spoke with Desi and she listened to my frantic call, she put me on hold to review the tech's notes and to ask her boss Leon about my situation. Desi very calmly instructed me on how to do a hard reset of my system and sure enough it worked! She then said her boss advised me since I have such an exceptional system, guess that Lennox system impressed everyone hahaha, I should have a surge protector installed on the system to prevent a surge of electric from blowing out my circuit board. I received a price quote, seemed fairly reasonable so I made the appointment. I was glad I got it installed because just the following week the power went on and off 4 times in a 30 min span! thank you to everyone at DAC, from Desi the really sweet cust service rep to Leon for coming out personally to install the surge protector, just a great bunch of people.
