So far so good, I’ve been a member since December. I moved from the San Fernando Valley to Palmdale, I previously had a membership In the valley, For obvious reasons, I had to cancel it. I’m enjoying the heavy bag room , The squat racks, The second level track to run, and the sauna. Also, they have classes that I have attended cardio boxing with Gio.

Been going here for years. Good gym, quality trainers the only problem I have is they do not enforce the dress code. To many guys trying to show off for girls with their shirt off. Leaving sweat on the benches, posing and all that bullshit. It’s a public facility, have some respect cuz some people don’t want to see your half naked ass.

Crunch Fitness is that rare gym where the equipment actually works, the place is clean, and nobody judges you—whether you’re benching plates or figuring out how one machine works for the 4th time.
There’s plenty of space, a good mix of machines and free weights, and enough cardio equipment that you don’t have to awkwardly circle like a shark waiting for one to open. Staff is cool, helpful, and doesn’t hover like you’re about to commit a gym crime.
