Such a welcoming experience! As a walk-in customer I know how time consuming things can get especially honoring customers with appointments! I observed the staff effectively work and communicate with clients whom came at their appointed time. They must be recognized for their customer service because everyone who walked was greeted as family even the first timers. I enjoy coming here mostly because the staff shows versatility in their work allowing them to assist more efficiently.

New to the area and my usual nail place was closed. Decided to give Cosmo a try and was nervous based off the reviews on yelp. However, my nails (dips) turned out how I wanted and the price wasn’t as expensive as I thought. ($55) I come from the era where I could get a gel mani/pedi for that price, but with inflation and just how expensive the world is becoming it wasn’t horrible for me. I’ve spent more at other locations. Always choose what’s best for you.

Had a pedicure done today! I went for the top teir one, definitely feel extremely pampered and very happy with how the toes came out! I always do Gel just because for me I feel it lasts so much longer!! Thank you amazing services and amazing staff!
