This is the worst tax person EVER!!!! The owner, John Craft, seems to have lost his mind. He is 83 years old and talks about all the generals and other important people he has done tax returns for from Edwards AFB. He can't quite talking long enough to get any work done. I went to his place of business on March 24, 2017. I sat with his assistant Marie for 3 - 1/2 hours answering questions. I gave and left with Marie all of my 2016 tax papers. Marie said the owner, John Craft, was going to review her work, and would then call me and my wife in to sign the tax return. After waiting for 3 weeks I had to call John. They say they do your taxes. I went there on March 24, 2017. They still have not filed our taxes and today is May 6, 2017. I've talked to them 4 times and they say they will finish filling and call me back to tell me to come in and sign them but they don't. Owner, John Craft is extremely rude and quite old. He needs to retire. His assistant Marie is of no help. They have stopped talking to me. I left them a message that I want my private information back but neither will call me back.

UNPROFESSIONAL! Do not use this man for your tax services. Had him as my accountant for many years and he is a complete disappointment. Waited an entire year to deposit a check with no notification. As of today he is fired. And his services are no longer needed.
