Great customer service. We were locked out of our apartment on New Years. The apartment complex wouldn’t help us. I called in a panic to get into my apartment and Gabrielle called me back in 10 min and came to help get us in. I would describe them as professional, highly responsive and dependable. I will only use Alpine Lock and Key going forward. Thank you!!!
If I could give 10 stars. I would want to give 20. Although he had to come back the next day to finish the job. He gave a viable reason and hooked it up with a door key in case some BS happens. On the house. Great Work great customer service fast response time. Same day work. And the dude was just Hella cool knowledgeable and explained everything the whole step of the way so that I would understand what was going on and why I was being charged what I was being charge. Great company great service I recommend him highly.
So, I walked out of the side door into the garage, locking it from the inside before I went out. Then, I remembered I forgot my house keys. Called a couple places before hand and they jerked me around. Called Alpine and he arrived at my place in 45 minutes. Life-saver.
