I cannot say enough great things about A-Pro Roofing. I own a 4-unit building in Lancaster that had 3 additional layers of shingles on the original roof. One apartment had several leaks and each one of my several efforts to patch the roof was futile. I went through an exhaustive process to get a lot of estimates--11 in total, but more importantly I was adamant that whichever company I chose, they would not gouge me with unlimited expenses that the contractor would say was not included in their estimate.
