I went to the hair salon at this location and booked multiple appointments with Arlen. Hands down best hair stylist I’ve ever had. She takes great care of me and I am in love with my hair. She has magic hands and I will certainly be returning to her and referring business.

Very disappointed in Make-up session. Was told if I spent $60 on products I would be taught how to apply my makeup. Not true. At the end of the session the cost was over $200! Shame on you. Be truthful.

Being a man and walking into a store like ULTA I am always a bit worried to ask questions about what to use, how to use it etc. Am I glad I did, overall, I had some of the best customers service, got three new things for my skin care routine and even got some amazing advice for what to use in my hair. BTW Dermalogica is now all I use and it is all thanks to the amazing staff at ULTA. I will be back and am a loyal customer now for life!
