ice maker wasn't working on a 15 year old refrigerator. Alex made an initial diagnosis and returned two days later to tell me it was time for a new refrigerator as repairing the old one would be prohibitively expensive. He gave me recommendations on what brand to consider purchasing and two days later I got a new refrigerator. He's very easy to work with and trustworthy.

Tyler came to the house, looked at the dishwasher and told me he had to order some parts and that it would be 3 days or so before they came in. He texted me a few days later and said the wrong parts had come in and he had to reorder them. A couple of days after that he texted me to tell me the parts were in. He came to the house and fixed the top rack of my Kitchen Aid dishwasher, adjusted and levelled it, ( apparently it had never been adjusted since it was installed 10 years prior!) I was very impressed with his work and expertise. I highly recommend Appliance Repair and will definitely use him again.

Finding this repair service was one of the best things that could have happened. They are always on time, professional, friendly and helpful. How Tyler, who is the man I've dealt with every time I have used them, know as much as he does I do not know, but he's a whiz and finding and fixing problems. Also their rates are reasonable. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
