We recently had our pool re-done and every employee that we interacted with was polite, got their jobs done on time and answered any questions we had. Juan was especially patient and addressed our questions and concerns quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend Rammell Pools to anyone installing a new pool or resurfacing their existing pool.

Rammell did a great job on our pool remodel. They worked well with other vendors on the property at the same time. There was some complicated scheduling that they accommodated. Their follow up work locating a leak (not their fault) in some boulders in the waterfall was fantastic. Juan was wonderful managing and explaining everything to us. thank you!

We are on our second pool renovation and Rammell has been great both times. Yes, like everyone else they are fighting Covid staffing and supply issues so it’s been a greater challenge this time. They stand behind their work and we’ve found that they are committed to make any problems right. A particular shout out to Juan and Claudia for keeping the ball rolling.
