My entire experience with the folks at Rammell Construction was fantastic, from the first phone call to the final coat of cool coat on the concrete deck the refinished along with my pool. Start to finish replaster, retile, concrete repair, and Cool Coat layers was only four weeks from start to finish - and they had to not work for a week in the middle while I had some landscaping redone. This whole team is simply wonderful.
Rammell Construction was everything I hoped for in refurbishing my pool. Juan's knowledge from the outset was totally reassuring. The quote was better value than competitors and the work was flawless. They are big enough to send a specialist team of 6 to remove plaster within a couple of hours. And then another team to re-plaster, in probably the same amount of time. But they are personable enough to help me through all my concerns about parts of an old mechanism and wifi control. The Rammell Construction team installed our pool for us. They were all very helpful and easy to work with. Especially when dealing with our HOA.
Anytime there’s any big projects like this there are always potential hiccups and delays that can happen. When we had issues come up, Juan and his team were open to communicating problems, they addressed them quickly, and were great to work with during the process. When there were delays it was communicated clearly to us why and when to expect work to continue.
