Rammell completed a pool remodel for us in June 2021. Afterward, we experienced an issue with some of the waterline tiles falling off, which we later determined was most likely due to pressure from the existing coping and/or pool deck. Each time we reported the issue, Rammell was very responsive in getting back to us and sending someone out to inspect and repair the damage.
After deciding the issue with the tiles would probably be an ongoing problem as long as we kept our circa 1965 pool coping and pool deck, we decided to hire Rammell to replace all of the old coping and pool deck, as well as the sidewalk leading to our front door. Rammell Construction recently performed a complete pool remodel at my home. It was a delight - the work was top-notch, and the project was done in an extremely professional manner. Juan made great recommendations on the best way to accomplish my goals and also referred me to a concrete company for the surrounding deck work and coping, also an amazing company. Rammell resurfaced, replumbed, tiled, added water features, added spa jets and reconfigured the seating, and replaced all the equipment. I couldn't be happier with the process or the results.
