Great company, great service. I had an issue and they sent Jorge R. to come out and trouble shoot. He clearly communicated on timing, repair, & gave solid advice on cleaning panels. Solar power is a good chunk of $$ and Option1 Solar is a great value! They stand behind product and installation.

We are so happy we decided to go with Option One Solar. Gregg, the Palm Springs Regional Manager is so professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He patiently explained all our options and fortunately for us, corrected some misinformation (tax credits) provided to us by other companies.We did receive other bids but when comparing apples to apples (panel options, warranties, service, etc) we realized that Option One Solar was the way to go.This is a family run, honest and ethical business who cares about it's customers and it's reputation, we highly recommend them!

When it came to getting solar, I was always so skeptical. You hear of all the bad installations there are and you tend to be turned off. However, it came to the point where my edison bills were just too high that I had to find a way to lower my costs. After doing my due diligence and receiving various quotes with local companies. I decided to go with Option One. My rep, Jose, held our hand through the process and and really educated us about solar and it’s benefits. I never felt pressured and was shown a great deal of transparency and honesty. Once I agreed on the system, everything thereafter was a breeze. I was installed within six weeks and the the installation crew were also very knowledgeable and did an amazing job.I would definitely recommend them if you’re thinking about going solar.
