I needed to add additional ram space to my pc. I did a google search and Jason the computer guy popped up. His office was less than 10 minutes from my office. I was able to bring my computer by the same day I reached. Jason was able to install the additional ram and then did a maintenance checkup and advised that I might want to consider replacement of my hard drive as an upgrade to my Dell Optiplex. It all made sense based on the diagnostics he shared with me. Jason provided the hardrive upgrade which I purchased at Best Buy and then a week later he completed the hard drive clone replacement and had the computer ready for me within a very reasonable amount of time... read full review
I chose Jason to repair my computer because of his excellent reviews. I was not disappointed. Jason went over and beyond to repair and keep me up to date in the process. The cost was also very reasonable.
What a relief to have found Jason! I had a hard drive that would not power up/mount; he successfully and swiftly recovered and transferred the data. Jason is trustworthy, knowledgable and fair. He's a swift communicator and explains things in a direct way without being patronizing, which is appreciated when one is panicked about losing data! Highly recommend!
