I needed a kitchen remodeling, everyone else's price was higher than these guys. I wasn't sure if they would deliver quality work as a result. The delivery took a couple of days longer but I truly got quality work for thousands less than all the others. I'd give these guys a shot if I were you. I'm happy with the job and I got to save money. Thanks to Bob and Sonny.
Dream Innovations completed our four bathrooms remodel, and we highly recommend them. Our bathrooms look lovely. The team was reliable and at our home 5-6 days every week to stay on schedule and complete the project swiftly and within the budgeted timeframe. Bobby was 100% always available when we had any questions, concerns, or requests for corrections. Our project would have benefited from a little more direct oversight of the subcontractor since there were a few things that did need correction, but Bobby did not hesitate to make things right when requested. We would defiantly use dream innovations group again
After finally deciding to renovate my 1942 home with no insulation, old pipes, 110-volt knob & tube electrical outlets, no central heating or cooling, cracked ceilings, and years of various wear and tear, I knew I required finding someone experienced to take on such a daunting task.After extensive research and interviewing 4 contractors, I met with Bobby, and he was terrific. His energy, follow-up communication, and portfolio was the deciding factor.From our first meeting, he had been in prompt communication with me for 3 months.Thanks to Bobby, and his team of professionals consisting of an Engineer, Architect, and Designer, Bobby managed everyone within an open group chat to communicate every step in the first phase.As promised, he was able to work with me on the estimated budget for all the materials selected for each area of the house.I was aware and prepared for some changes and additional costs along the way, as expected in such a vast project.I was glad to see spreadsheets and paperwork, which Bobby had created, to help me visualize what will be the accurate cost of the total project before we submitted plans to the building department.We did the entire house from floor to ceiling.Re-wired electrical and upgraded to 220 volts, and added solar.We noticed a few leaks on the roof, and the damage was significant enough to replace the roof.Re-pipping and relocating the gas line for the new kitchen layout was necessary. Had new insulation and an HVAC system been placed? Flooring and walls are redone entirely.During the project, Bobby was able to connect me with vendors specializing in windows and doors throughout. I was pleased to be referred to a vendor who replaced my old, worn garage door with a new one that can be controlled on an App and remote.I'm also grateful to Bobby for providing many project material gifts.After the garage door replacement, it was time to redo the driveway and add a new fence in front.Added an irrigation system for the front yard and back and planted new plants as well.Refinished the backyard deck and installed new tiles on the front porchI highly recommend the dream innovations group and friends or anyone looking for a good project manager and contractor services in their next home project, large or small.
