I took my laptop in for repair. I had never used DA Computers, so I had no preconceived ideas on how well they provided services (except for great online reviews). I am glad I used their services, and have to say all staff (Daniel was my main contact) were exceptionally nice, as well as very knowledgeable. I highly recommend DA Computers for any type repair you might need.

Daniel was clear in explaining what was likely to be my computer problem and what they would do to diagnose the problem. They fixed the problem satisfactorily and were pleasant to deal with. It was pricey, but I was paying for their expertise.

Absolutely everything the do is first rate!!!!! I've had them do all my IT stuff for about 5 years. I once had Geek Squad tell me my laptop was DOA after several attempts to retrieve data. When I call DA an hour after drop off was told they were already backing up all my data. Again Geek Squad told me it was so gone that they would have to send it out with no cost range and no estimated time frame of completion. DA Computer rocks.
