I'm giving 5 stars to the manager of this branch, Daniella. I unfortunately had had a bad experience at that store with buying glasses, however, Daniella made it right and I appreciate her for that. She worked with me to pick the right glasses. Despite having several other customers to help, she spent time with me and never made me feel rushed.
Needed my glasses adjusted ( you know how it is when you fall asleep sleep with them on). No appointment, just walked in, and was taken care of immediately. Great customer experience!
