Alex's Pet Grooming is a great place that provides excellent service. They offer a variety of services, including bigboy haircuts for poodles and trimming cat claws. The staff is friendly and helpful, with a lady on the phone being particularly nice and giving good advice on cat calming treats. The business is super clean and makes customers feel at home. Their groomers are professional and skilled, with one being a master of their art. Many customers are happy with the results, saying their pets look and smell amazing after a visit.
I couldn’t wait to give this review because I am so happy with the result! Momo is our 7mos old poodle and this was his first bigboy haircut, the other place we usually go to kept cancelling our appointments twice now because of some issue on their end, i couldnt do it to momo to wait another week, so when we called them up and said that they could take him, i couldnt be more happier!!! he looks amazing, and smells so good. thank you for taking care of our baby?❤️ we will be coming back here for sure and i def recommend that you come visit? ps i shouldve paid so i couldve tipped more we got too excited he looks sooooo goood ❤️❤️❤️thank you so much❤️
I called and unfortunately they aren’t grooming cats right now (they do trim cat claws). I’m writing this review because frankly, the lady who took my call was so nice. She gave me good advice about cat calming treats & where to purchase them. Alex’s pet grooming deserves stars for being kind and helpful in spite of my not being a customer. That’s pretty great- no wonder people recommend them.
Great place, Great and professional Groomer! This place is super clean and Alex and his staff make you feel at home! I have taken my Gisele to 3 different places around LA & Palm Springs, and this place is the best! I will make this my to-go dog exclusive groomer from now on! First Class service! Alex is a master to the art! Thank you!
