I have had my mother bring in my youngest daughter to this office and BOTH times she was treated terrible by the front desk over a paper i had already filed giving my mother consent to bring my daughter.
I have called all 3 office locations to get a hold of the office manager aaliyah to dicuss this matter and she is no where to be found. I wouldnt recommend to anyone considering the front desk girl cant talk or treat anyone with respect simply checking someone in.
The Dr. was really nice she told me she had to get approval from my insurance because she needed to freeze off my Warts and then told me to by some freeze off at the store. She also told me that she would request approval for some other spots that look like cancer. That was last year I’ve tried calling several times I can’t get through. I called my insurance and they never received any requests from the doctor they only had the information to the request from my primary doctor
Absolute worst office and dermatologist ever. The dermatologist was quick to cut me off in my concerns, and was super quick to prescribe creams. I got prescribes 4 or 5 creams in one quick 10 minute visit. He told me there was nothing to do about some of my concerns and only burnt off half of the patches on my hand leaving the other half untreated. To be frankly honest I don't know how some of these people got hired. Trying to make an appointment is near impossible and the staff is just overall super rude.
