I rarely post reviews, but Andrea has been magical with my SUPER ANXIOUS dog. He was IMPOSSIBLE with previous groomers. Several would not take him after the first visit. He LOVES Andrea. For me, she is the best groomer possible… and she does a great grooming!
Betsy was found on the streets and pregnant, she obviously suffered some abuse and trauma before she came into my life. She is extremely nervous around people and just needs someone who will be patient with her and not afraid of her. She’s also a “runner” which made me very nervous when I had to leave her. Andrea quickly identified her “special needs” and did an amazing job with her. When I picked her up, she took the time to discuss with me the best way to work with Betsy in the future.
