Faulty installation on to many items- fan, sconce and chandelier. When asked to correct they adjusted chandelier but did not correct other faulty items because “ came back to many times already” - well when you are paid to do a job you are suppose to do it right the first time but apparently they don’t and have a limit on how many times they will come back and try to fix their work. To top it off they spilled something on a counter and also ruin it!

Amazing service! Jason came out to install a couple GFCI outlets and while here he figured out my old house, which I'd just purchased, had many ungrounded outlets, a dodgy light switch, and an outlet almost hanging out of the wall. I also had been wanting an outdoor outlet for patio lights. In that SAME VISIT, they were able to do it ALL! Jason and team and Jeff also are all true professionals who put service and quality first. They are also friendly and enjoyable to have around. My house feels much safer now (well, because it is!) and I would not hesitate to use Westbound again for anything that comes up. Thanks guys.
