I attended today and Eduardo helped me. The screw in one arm of my glasses fell out and I needed it replaced. He was very attentive and prompt. Fixed the glasses and cleaned them. Checked to make sure the other screw was secure. NO charge. He was also helping another woman select frames and told her to smile while looking in the mirror. It brought a smile to her and alll other patrons. Great job. Thank you

My glasses were under warranty and I took them in due to a scratch on the surface. They couldn’t have been more professional on replacing them right away for me. Fast friendly efficient service.

Customer service was great. Needed my new frames replace and the manager took care of situation promptly. Called me when they came instead of waiting for the text update to send to me. Overall great experience for my first time here. Really recommend.
