Universal Pest Management

We've been clients of Universal Pest Management here in the Coachella Valley for many years now, in our rental properties and residences. They have been consistently reliable for maintenance service and when we've had specific issues with critters like ants, spiders, and the like. 100% recommended.

AVOID UNIVERSAL PEST MANAGEMENT: I fired them after using them for one year because: (1) they failed to check that air vents were properly screened from rats---(Universal later said they NEVER check to make sure there are no pathways for a rat to enter the house?!). Our replacement company confirmed checking for potential rat entry is a basic part of any pest service; (2) rats got into our house through an unscreened vent and made a nest in the house; (3) Universal FAILED TO RESPOND TO URGENT CALLS AND VOICEMAILS FOR DAYS--We began calling on Friday and did not hear from them until Monday; (4) When I finally reached a live person (after three days) on the following Monday,... read full review
