Worked there for about 2.5 weeks until I found out they planned to steal my overtime. Ernie Lopez told me, when my first paycheck arrived without overtime, that the "cheap Canadian owners" don't pay overtime per the California state labor laws.When I sent him the California website on the laws requiring overtime pay for days over 8 hours -- several of which I'd performed, even during my second day and first few days -- he suddenly pretended it was an "oversight," like he hadn't said anything about the "cheap Canadian owners" the night before, trying to gaslight me.Not to mention this job was falsely advertised as a Graphic Designer, when it was mostly secretarial drudgery. Bait and switch!That tiny office had lots of issues. Glad I cut my losses once I saw they try to steal overtime from employees. Wonder how many before me put up with it.I reported them.

Nothing but success for the cost in advertising my business in the White Sheet for more than 5 years. Although most believe print is not as effective, they continue to prove me wrong with new business coming my way all the time.
