Excellent customer service rarely comes to mind when you think "General Contractors" but that is exactly what you get with Jonathan and his team. They are dedicated to delivering quality service on time and on budget. His work exceeded my expectations and he provided excellent updates throughout the project. I embarked on my renovation journey in April 2023 with Palm Springs Renovations, and it turned out to be an incredibly smooth and satisfying experience. Jonathan, the project manager, demonstrated remarkable patience and offered valuable advice on enhancing the design and functionality of my guest and master bathrooms. Throughout the process, he diligently executed every request without any hassle. Dealing with the challenges presented by my HOA and the City, Jonathan handled these situations with utmost professionalism and a commendable level of patience. We faced numerous appointments with the City due to their changing requirements, but Jonathan and his team persistently worked hard to meet and exceed every request.
