I wish their web site said they are not accepting new customers for the next 14 months (until April 2023). Would have saved me a 30 minute drive.

I was very disappointed in their customer service. I have two friends who have used them and the work is beautiful. On their recommendation I called Spectrum and was told the best thing to do was to stop by the showroom. I went over there on 1/14/21 and was greeted by a very nice young women. She went and got a guy (Robert) from the back who came out with no mast on. I asked him to please put one on and he seemed irritated but did it. After we talked he asked me to email him pictures of my kitchen cabinets and he’d pass them on to Brett who would set up an appointment with me.
