I was very disappointed in their customer service. I have two friends who have used them and the work is beautiful. On their recommendation I called Spectrum and was told the best thing to do was to stop by the showroom. I went over there on 1/14/21 and was greeted by a very nice young women. She went and got a guy (Robert) from the back who came out with no mast on. I asked him to please put one on and he seemed irritated but did it. After we talked he asked me to email him pictures of my kitchen cabinets and he’d pass them on to Brett who would set up an appointment with me. I had a bar/cabinet built and Spectrum did an amazing, top quality job! I had gotten detailed bids from 4 other cabinet business and none were as creative as Bruce. They were there when they said they would be both for the measurements, keeping us informed of the process, and install dates. The custom quality, workmanship, installation, and coordination with the Cambria Stone made the entire process easy, efficient, and we are so happy with the unit! Thanks Bruce and Spectrum!

Bruce at Spectrum is amazing in all that he does. His knowledge and design abilities put him way above anyone else I spoke to. I saw original cabinets and furniture he designed and built, and they are extraordinary. If you need creativity and excellent custom workmanship, do not look anywhere else. A top Valley interior designer recommended him to me.
