Recently what I thought was a minor car accident became harder and harder to deal with as the other driver's insurance company kept delaying all claims. My car was totaled and renting a car while waiting for a settlement was getting very inconvenient. It became apparent they were not gong to be dealing with me fairly. I called Mr. Gibson and he quickly brought the matter to a close, and the other insurer settled for what was deserved under the circumstances. I wish I had called him sooner, and avoided all the frustration.
