Carlyn is a professional hair colorist. My hair was previously bleached and tuned orange and then dyed brown and turned red. I was mortified. Spent $800 at another salon and still orange, uneven color, and VERY brassy. Came into the salon for a consultation and scheduled an appointment. This was more than a color correction for me. This was a transformation. Walked out with a balayage highlight. I believe she used three toners to correct the brassiness. It worked! I have had my hair colored nearly my entire life and this is by far the best color I've ever had. Bring in a picture of want you and she will absolutely match it. Very talented color artist. For the level of her skill, she could charge far more than the salon does. So happy! Thanks girlie! Sam

This is was my first visit to Sagebrush salon while visiting Palm Desert . Val is truly a Color master.
With roots needing covering and 3-4 different color levels to blend she used highlights and lowlights to bring everything together. I left with a beautiful blowout for an evening out.
I have never had a colorist spend as much time on my hair as Val and she is a joy to spend a few hours with. I would highly recommend Val at Sagebrush Salon

I had been following Brent on Instagram for quite a while before I was able to get my haircut with him, as I live in Chicago. The entire experience was great! What you see in the videos is really what happens during your consultation. Brent listens to you, and he also is very straight if he thinks something you have in mind for your cut won't work with your hair type, etc. Even though I just scheduled a haircut, he made some recommendations on my color as well, and used a temporary rinse to add dimension to my blonde.
The salon has a hip vibe, but it is also welcoming. They play excellent music, have good coffee, and assistant Jess gave me a great shampoo service.
