This company handled all the floor tile and countertops for the builder I purchased my new home from and besides having outrageous prices for upgrades, did poor work from start to finish. After having a customer service representative over to address the many issues I had with the quality and workmanship, I never heard from them again. My granite countertop looks like a "second". It has a large area where the stone is inconsistent and looks like it was bleached. It is standard practice when installing tile flooring to make sure it sits under the baseboards.
