Very help and great over all experience.
Had an easy time scheduling an appointment for a date and time that I needed, and had consistently updated of when to expect the tech. He showed up on time and will be scheduling future services with them again.
We were having a lot of issues with the old plumbing lines in our home, we thought we may have had an interior leak. Kevin Fish spent an entire day with us assessing the whole property for leaks and was able to narrow it down for us and confirm we had no water damage to worry about. We did have a few faulty angle stops and he swiftly replaced those with no fuss. Really thorough work, and constant communication made us feel at ease. Would highly recommend Kevin and Roto Rooter for any future plumbing issues!
We had a very difficult plumbing situation regarding old lines and a phantom leak and Kevin Fish spent the whole day with us making sure there was no interior water damage, accessed the leak and swiftly replaced the faulty angle stops.
