Paulino and his staff are down-to-earth, accomodating, responsive and just a joy to work with. I had a problem with my 23-year-old Mercedes Benz and while there were a few hurdles to overcome, we found a solution that fit the bill. No jerking a customer around, no saying one thing one day and then renegging, and I felt as though I was dealing with people who know what they are doing and don't try to con you. I would NEVER AGAIN, think of seeking out a fix for my car with anyone but Paulino at Pro-Tek Automotive. HONEST MECHANICS AT LAST!!!

This is an excellent auto repair shop! The air conditioner in my 2005 Chevrolet Avalanche was no longer cold. I found the shop by through a recommendation. Bryan was able to take the truck in immediately. He diagnosed the problem as low freon, cracked belt, and a leak. He had the vehicle fixed in only a few hours. The prices are very reasonable for such quick service. My air conditioning is working well and is really cold now.Services: Auto A/C recharge
