I would not personally recommend palm desert Merry Maids for floor cleaning, reason being this particular franchise only uses a type of swifter to mop the floors even if your paying for deep cleaning which leaves streaks on the floor, other Merry Maid franchise do not , so it's wise to find out depending on which office you are using, as far as regular cleaning, windows, wiping counters, cleaning bathrooms, they do a decent job, it's not the Merry Maid ladies fault they use the tools they are assigned.

I just had a deep cleaning of my large house and was very happy with Merry Msids. The ladies who did the work were lovely, sweet, hard workers. It was so nice to come home to a sparkling and fresh smelling home. Prices were very fair and everyone I dealt with was very helpful. I will definitely keep using them! Gigi

The workers both arrived late. We had requested a deep clean of our kitchen, including our fridge and drawers. Only when they got there, we were told WE had to fully empty the refrigerator and drawers for them to clean. No offer was made by staff to help take things out or return them. I broke my back emptying both shelves, having to dodge workers who were in the way, only for them NOT to clean some of t he drawers THEY SAW me empty for this purpose. I broke my back, some dishes, and a lot of food spoiled. We dont have two fridges, so I had to use coolers. When I called to complain, I was told dispatch should have told me and they were to help. They were still there. No offer of help from the staff. The job was also LEFT INCOMPLETE in a number of ways. We paid big money for a deep clean and got what you might expect at a motel. I had specifically explained the job and these were reasonable. No offer for a partial refund. So Merry Maids should be avoided at all costs. Not an honest firm.
