Mina's knowledge of anatomy was evident, with each stroke perfectly aligned with muscle fibers and my tension patterns. Her ability to seamlessly blend therapeutic deep tissue work with relaxation techniques showed a true mastery of her craft. I especially appreciated her attention to joint mobilization. I live out of town but am in the Palm Desert a lot for work. About a week ago, I had some back issues from a long day of traveling that persisted into the next day. I was complaining about my right back to a coworker, and he insisted I go see Mina for massage therapy so I could at least get some sleep that night.
I am so glad I listened to my coworker. I slept like a baby that night and haven't had any back issues since. You best believe I will be going back to see Mina. I would recommend you do the same.
