I cannot say enough great things about Infinity Pilates! I moved here 1 1/2 years ago and I arrived with a nagging shoulder pain I had for about 5 years, and a freshly repaired knee . After a year of working with Laura, I can seriously say that I feel great and that I am not in pain any more. Pilates was just what the Dr. ordered and the type of exercise I was missing in my routine! Their business is always clean and the instructors are super friendly!

I have been a client of Lisa's since 2019. She is one of the most professional, learned and kind instructors I have ever worked with. Lisa is a teacher's teacher. In her past, she has in fact certified other Pilates teachers. I have seen her constantly strive to know the best and latest in techniques using the Pilates method. She and her partner, Laura, are constantly taking classes to stay on top of the new most current information on Pilates. Lisa has helped me through several injuries. Not all Pilates Studios or Trainers are equal - Infinity is Superior. I was introduced to Lisa Diffey and Infinity Studios through my primary care physician. My back was so bad, I had to give up tennis, golf, and could hardly get into and out of bed. I was since diagnosed with moderate Ehlers Danlos syndrome. Once I started working out with Lisa, I saw a noticeable improvement immediately. Her style of training combines education of the spine and many tiny muscles that need to be activated.
