Without a doubt, the best the desert has to offer in all things tech. Johnathan and staff could not have been more courteous and helpful. I of course had made a mess of two new computers, multiple ssd drives, various Time Machine discs etc. Ended with a three hour one on one session with Johnathan. ICreative's owner Jonathan once again saved the day! He confirmed that Apple could not fix my 10 yr old MacBook (on the verge of catching fire!) and within an hour set me up with a perfect-for-me reconditioned 16" MacBook Pro, external backup and mouse. He's the only one I trust in the Coachella Valley (actually, anywhere!) with my data. He was mindful of my budget and asked all the right questions about my tech usage. He also reminded me of the lessons he taught me years ago...back up, back up! update your software and don't hang on to your equipment too long! ICreative is a 10! They assist with software and all Apple products that you need help with. I promise....it doesn't get any better than the services this company provides. Going to ICreative for assistance is so much better and efficient than visiting the Apple Store. AND........Jonathan Gorman, the owner teaches classes. These are the BEST classes you will ever attend. Jonathan is super knowledgeable, very patient, informative and funny which makes the class exciting and fun.
