Working for home instead has been great and the office staff is always effcientand and helpful . Also their human resources manager Lily Marquez offer amazing training and educational videos on clients with Alzheimer's .

For the past 12 months, I have used “Home Instead” as a care-giver and have found them to provide excellent service and support. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the caregivers competent and efficient. Their pricing is very reasonable. I recommend ‘Home Instead’ highly if you need home health care. John C.

Home Instead has been an awesome partner in caring for my 90+ year old father with very significant needs. We started to migrate from having private caregivers to dealing exclusively with Home Instead in early 2025. They have done their job very well. We have high quality caregivers, we have immediate backup should any caregiver not be able to work a shift and we have a diverse pool of caregivers to pull from to try to find the best personal fit for my father. Overall we are very happy with Home Instead Palm Desert.
